The Work:

Human connection is the catalyst needed to explore any underlining psychic distress. In my psychotherapy practice, I prioritize fostering a collaborative relationship to provide emotional and personal safety, allowing you to dive beneath the surface to better understand the underlying causes of your personal distress. The goal is, through exploration, to create opportunities for you to become more self-aware of your own thoughts and feelings, empowering you to re-create new ways of connecting to yourself and loved ones.

My practice celebrates working with diversity of gender, sexual orientation, and racial and cultural identities, integrating anti-oppression and social justice values that allow you to share your lived experiences candidly. I use an interaction style of warmth, curiosity, authenticity directness and non-judgmental/non-critical communication to help you connect with your own inner wisdom and vitality.

I specialize in working with Gay/Queer men, individuals that are in the recovery process from substance use, and males around issues of masculinity, sex, and emotional vulnerability.

Healing work is a lifelong commitment. My aim is to help you examine your internal thoughts and feelings in order to begin to cultivate a new self-awareness around how you function and process experiences as an individual. My hope is that our work together will pave the way for becoming your most optimal self.
