We explore topics such as covering your rights, available resources, the importance of community, empowerment, and also delve into the truths of how we end up in unhealthy relationships.

Empowerment and Hope after Intimate Partner Violence group offers survivors of abuse or violence a welcoming space where they can nurture a sense of community, foster self-care and mutual support, and receive grounding self-care techniques. This group aims to galvanize survivors as advocates of self-empowerment, health, and healing.
