Put your feet on the ground
Drop your shoulders
Close your eyes as much as you’re comfortable
Breathe in for four seconds
Notice sensations in your head
Hold for four seconds
Take a long deep breath out for six seconds
Continue the breathing pattern
Guide your attention from your head and bring it down to your face
Continue the breathing pattern
At your pace, guide your attention down your body until you reach your toes
How do you feel? No really. Name what you’re feeling.
